San Francisco

A cool and refreshing place to be in. Just when you think that you will be the only few Chinese in this great continent of North America, you are definitely wrong. Chinese people are everywhere! you won't feel left out especially if you understand or speak Cantonese!

Buy a one-day pass cable tram (you can just hop on to it, the tram looks old but it's quite cool) and take to LOMBARD ST aka 'CROOKEDEST STREET' (a crooked road down the slope) then walked to PIER 39 to see Sea Lions. A number of Sea Lions just lie down there on the pontoon and 'TA DA!' it bacame their habitat area and many tourist just came down to see them all. Interesting~~!

Walked to FISHERMAN WHARF to try their famous Clam Chowder in a bread and seafood! I personally tried the steam crab and it has the most fresh taste! Why i said so? The reason is because, with one bite on the shell, the meat will just flow into your mouth. It's that fresh!

Rent a bicycle nearby and start your exploration. There is a bicycle route guide for you, so no worries. You may ride to AQUATIC PARK (with a long and curve pier), PALACE OF FINE ARTS EXPLORATORIUM (with an acient shelter), CRISSY FIELD (with many locals walking and playing with their dogs of different breed), FORT POINT (with one-stop rest cafe), and GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE (with the highest and nicest scenery).

Ride along Columbus Ave and stop at Lombard St to return the bicycle and you will see the COIT TOWER from a distance. I was too tired to ride over to the tower although it was quite near. It was because I saw a steep upslope ahead of me.

Take the cable tram where CHINATOWN is located and you will see a lot of Chinese! But sadly, they speak mostly Cantonese which I only understand but could not speak.

At night, you can have dinner @ MACY'S "CHEESECAKE FACTORY"! Pre-warning : The food is superb, but the portion is ultra gigantic.

Shopping areas is everywhere! you won't have a problem with it.
